The Clinch River Healthcare Difference

We don’t measure success by tasks completed. We measure it by the lives we help elevate—by whether you feel seen, supported, and cared for as a whole person.

Our commitment is simple: deliver purposeful care, build meaningful relationships, show up and follow through, and advocate for you with knowledge and compassion every step of the way.

Our nurses, aides, and case managers have deep roots in Tennessee. Many grew up in the same communities we serve. This isn’t just where we work, it’s home. And that connection shows up in every visit, every conversation, and every plan of care.

Important: To receive care from Clinch River Healthcare, you must be approved for benefits through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and hold a valid White Card. Our team is here to guide you through the process with clarity and confidence.

Our licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants come to you — working in your home, on your schedule, at your pace. Focused, one-on-one care designed to rebuild your strength, restore your mobility, and help you stay independent in the place you know best.

Whether you're recovering from an illness or surgery, managing a chronic condition, or simply finding that everyday tasks have gotten harder than they used to be, physical therapy can make a real difference.

What our physical therapists help with:

  • Rebuilding strength and endurance after illness, hospitalization, or a long period of reduced activity
  • Improving balance and reducing fall risk — one of the most important things we can do to help you stay safe at home
  • Managing pain from chronic conditions, arthritis, or nerve damage
  • Restoring range of motion and flexibility after injury or surgery
  • Improving your ability to move through your home safely and comfortably
  • Teaching safe techniques for daily activities like getting in and out of bed, navigating stairs, or moving from a chair
