Referring someone to Clinch River Healthcare is simple. Share their name and phone number, or give them ours. We will reach out with a respectful, professional conversation about whether they may be eligible for benefits.

We Reach Out. Our Benefits Advisor will contact your referral and help educate them about the program.
They Get Support. If they can qualify, we provide education and guidance on the process and help coordinate personalized in-home care.
